Dr. Amy Czyz

Dr. Amy Czyz graduated from the Ohio State University College of Optometry after receiving early admittance due to exceptional academic achievement. Prior to opening her practice with her husband, Dr. Tom Czyz, she worked for Cigna Healthcare in Sun City, AZ.

Dr. Amy's practice places special emphasis on Pediatrics, Vision Therapy and Training for improved academic and athletic performance, Contact Lenses & Orthokeratology / Corneal Molding procedures, and comanagement of LASIK, cataract surgery, and the new, CK, Conductive Keratoplasty treatment. Dr. Amy believes in preserving vision for a lifetime and devotes the necessary time to educate her patients, offering them access to the latest advancements in vision, surgery, vision enhancement, and eye health.

Dr. Thomas Czyz

Dr. Thomas Czyz graduated from the Southern California College of Optometry and completed his undergraduate degree at Arizona State University. Prior to private practice, he completed externships at the Pima & Navajo Indian Reservations and Maricopa County Medical Center. Dr. Czyz is contributing member of the AZ Optometric Association, the American Optometric Association(AOA), and the AOA Contact Lens and Sports Vision Sections. He participates in the VSP Sight For Students Program, the national Vision USA Program and donates his time to local schools and civic organizations for vision screenings & lectures.

Dr. Tom's practice places special emphasis on Low Vision Services for the visually impaired, Ocular Disease & Management i.e. Diabetes, Pediatrics, Contact Lenses, co-management of LASIK, cataract surgery, and the new, CK, Conductive Keratoplasty treatment. Dr. Tom believes in preserving vision for a lifetime and devotes the necessary time to educate his patients, offering them access to the latest advancements in vision, surgery, vision enhancement, and eye health.
